Dr. Doyel Ghosh

Dr. Doyel Ghosh is a Clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at the Institute of Psychiatry (IOP-COE), IPGMER, Kolkata. She holds an MSc in Psychology, an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Psychology. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in treating emotional and interpersonal challenges across children, adolescents, and adults.

Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Practices. She is a gender-affirmative and trauma-informed practitioner.

Dr. Ghosh’s research interests cover neuropsychology, dissociative disorders, disaster mental health, gender issues, and parenting.
