Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for choosing MON Psychiatric Nursing Home.

All services provided by us are professional healthcare services. Fees are charged for consultation, treatment, therapy sessions, medical reports, and other clinical services. Since these are services and not physical products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a service has been delivered or the appointment has been availed.

Payments made for missed appointments, late cancellations, or partially availed services are non-refundable. However, in cases where appointments need to be rescheduled, we will assist based on availability and our clinic’s scheduling policy.

If an error has occurred in billing from our side, please contact our administrative team with proof of payment and details, and we will review the case.
